HWKR is an innovative restaurant concept conceived by ICD property to activate the public realm of their award winning EQ Tower on 127-141 A’Beckett Street, Melbourne.
In a 548sqm ground floor tenancy, HWKR aims to translate the essence of the traditional Asian Hawker Markets into a fresh contemporary vision. The Clients aspire to create the informality of the street market, creating 5 compact tenancies, including a bar. These offerings can have Asian providers that can be swapped and changed as required.
The venue would be open all day, providing coffee to the street in the morning and opening to the full extent for lunch and dinner.
