East Village

East Village is a 4.3-hectare mixed-use site in East Bentleigh. It is expected to deliver 3000 dwellings, 12,000 sqm of retail floorspace and 80,000sqm of commercial floorspace. CTA have been appointed to lead the commercial precinct and public realm on the site for Assemble.
