Dairy Road Designer Maker Hub Stage 2

Dairy Road is a development with a creative community at its core. The second stage, is a further adaptive re-use of warehouses for further maker spaces. Completed in 2018, it was focused on establishing further links through the site.

Featuring a key interior corridor with a feature timber grid shell boxes over to heighten the movement through the space, it connected to an outdoor breezeway that connected key public spaces in the development.

Housing an eclectic mix of makers, including a chocolate factory, kids indoor play area, an indoor skiing facility, and the cannery for the Capital Brewing Company, this stage adds to the immensely successful mix at Dairy Road.
