Bendigo Marketplace

Bendigo Marketplace is more than a shopping centre. Located adjacent to the train station, the covered way that runs along the front of the centre links the station to Bendigo, and becomes a pseudo gateway to the city.

CTA were commissioned by ISPT retail to activate the existing covered way and the existing feature timber screen. This involved treatments to orientate the tenancies to the covered way, adding weather protection, and creating an intimate environment that encouraged occupation and mitigated the visual impact of the adjoining carpark.
