120 Spencer Street – End of Trip Facilities

120 Spencer Street is a well located that has immense amounts of unrealised potential. After securing We Work as a major tenant, CBRE Global Investors appointed CTA through a competition, to help reposition their asset in the market as a dynamic and creative destination.

The first stage was to refurbish the end of trip facilities, creating new male, female and accessible change rooms on ground floor and new bike parking facilities on the basement floor. A play of muted greys define zones within the change rooms, whilst a feature is made of the services, snaking through each zone. In separate parts of the building, the colours provide unity to the bike parking and change rooms.
