The visionary New Epping Development by Riverlee will create a burgeoning community that will create a 10 minute city and daytime economy with a rich mix of commercial and health care sensitively integrated around a lush watercourse. Creating a lifestyle that engages a new urban dweller, Riverlee engaged CTA to deliver a vision centre that will become the gateway to the development for prospective tenants and users. 

Distilling the connection to nature, the vision centre will have internal greenery that works in counterpoint to the framed views from the display suite. This fitout will have a longevity that will ensure that it adapts over multiple stage openings as the development evolves.
