Innocent Bystander is a highly acclaimed winery in Healesville Victoria with a popular cellar door and restaurant offering.

Designed in collaboration with Bergman and Co Interior Designers, this project was the first stage of a larger vision, and involved alterations to the existing Barrel Hall to create a dedicated tasting and dining area.

The creation of a timber platform, flanked at either end by wall mounted bespoke metal and leather wine racks created a more intimate zone within the hall. Custom light pendants and tasting table set a sophisticated and refined stage for wine tastings and more formal dinner functions.

A waiters station built into the adjacent processing hall allows the tasting area to host a variety of functions, and become a public focus for the winery.
